July 2010 Barrisol® in Shanghai for the 2010 Universal Exposition !
Barrisol® Lumière®, in the italian pavillon.
The studio IODICE Archietti created this pavillions designed like a
shapes game representing 20 italian regions.
In this area dedicated to the City of Milan, our partner Hartmann
Consulting, realised this 36m long and 3.80m high lighted wall wich
illuminated an original and architectural meandre red structure.

March 2010 Barrisol® joined the Chinese New Year celebration
The chinese new year, celebrating the Tiger, begun on 14th of february.
Occupying the 3rd position on the Chinese Zodiac, the Tiger symbolizes
such character traits as bravery, boldness and optimism, but also elegance
and seduction.
Here are the Barrisol character traits ! Architects from australian Studio Lava, have created these 2.5m
high and 7m long Tigers, inspirated by japanese arts of origami
and ancient lantern making method.
The 2 sculptures have been realised and installed by our partners
Austral Services and Sydney Stretch Ceilings.
Lighted by color LEDs animation, the 2 giants will mark festivities
of the chinese new year on Customs House - Sydney till the 14th
of march.
February 2010The Oasis of the seas, a city on water
Barrisol is proud to present you the main hall of the new giant of seas, the Oasis of the seas. This cruise ship was recently inaugurated. It is the biggest passenger ship of the world which can welcome 7400 persons. Barrisol realized luminous stretched ceilings in the main hall with Barrisol Lumière® membranes.

October 2009The Architecture days 2009
Barrisol is partner of the Architecture day which takes place from 2nd to 31st October near the 3 borders (France, Germany and Switzerland). More than 100 demonstrations on the theme of the architecture in movement are scheduled during a month. Upstream to the opening evening, you can participate to the University of Mulhouse guide tour and thus discover Barrisol Acoustics® ceilings. More information on www.ja-at.eu
August 2009New Project: tapas bar with Neptune sheet
The Cavas tapas bar in Balearic Islands is the trendy place at the moment in Spain. This place with its modern design was conceived by the designers Lina Gener and Antonio Calvo from Ibiza. The ceiling was covered with luminous suspended wave and square frames. Thanks to the translucent Barrisol® sheet and to the Leds technology, it is possible to vary at will the luminous atmospheres. For the first project of our installer of Ibiza, this realization is a success. Discover our other exceptional projects.

December 2008An artist was welcomed to Barrisol
From December 15th to 19th, the company Barrisol Normalu was pleased to welcome original works of the plastics technician Photograph Patrick Bailly Maître Grand.
Patrick Bailly Maître Grand lives and works in Strasbourg. He exposed in the whole world and its photographs are in the collections of prestigious museums as the Georges Pompidou Center (Paris), MoMa (New York), Victoria Museum (Melbourne), etc.
This exposition ended by a small cocktail where the artist shared the fruit of his work with enthusiasm, passion and simplicity.
